摘  要:某410 t/h的电站锅炉在启动点火过程中炉膛发生爆燃,分析了爆燃产生的过程和原因。对炉膛水冷壁变形情况进行测量与检测,采用机械矫正装置对变形炉膛水冷壁进行修复。详细介绍了矫正装置结构原理和修复过程,修复后的验证结果表明,矫正装置和修复技术安全可靠、操作简单,可以节省大量检修成本,缩短维修工期。In view of the explosion of a 410 t/h power station boiler furnace,the cause and process of deflagration were analyzed.The deformation of the water wall of the furnace was measured and detected,and a mechanical correction device was used to repair the deformed furnace.The structure and repair process of the correction device were introduced in detail.The repaired results show that this correction device and technology are safe,reliable,simple to operate,and can save a lot of maintenance costs and maintenance time.
