摘　　要：【目的】探明50%吡蚜酮水分散粒剂对‘皇菊’蚜虫的室内毒力及防治效果。【方法】对50%吡蚜酮水分散粒剂进行了室内生物测定及田间药效试验。【结果】50%吡蚜酮水分散粒剂对‘皇菊’蚜虫具有良好的毒杀和防治效果,致死中浓度LC_(50)为36.26 mg/L;在试验剂量下,药后7 d田间防治效果在84.52%~89.34%,推荐有效成分使用量为187.5~225 g/hm^(2),施用方法为兑水喷雾。【意义】明确50%吡蚜酮水分散粒剂在‘皇菊’生产上的药适期、推荐使用剂量及对皇菊生长的安全性。[Objective]This study was conducted to find out the indoor virulence and control effects of 50%pymetrozine water dispersible granule on chrysanthemum aphid.[Method]Indoor bioassay and field efficacy experiments of 50%pymetrozine water dispersible granule were carried out.[Results]The results showed that 50%pymetrozine water dispersible granule had good virulence and control effects on chrysanthemum aphid,with LC_(50) 36.26 mg/L;Under the experimental dose,the field control effects were 84.52%~89.34%7 days after application.The recommended dosage of active ingredients in the field was 187.5~225 g/hm^(2),and the application method was water mixing spray.[Significance]The appropriate period,recommended dosage and safety of 50%pymetrozine water dispersible granule in the production of imperial chrysanthemum were determined.
