摘  要:为解决节段施工的混凝土结构中,节段间参数差异性较大、模型修正时所有节段取统一整体参数作为待修正参数与实际情况不符的问题,提出选择节段参数作为待修正参数,利用更多施工阶段实测指标作为目标函数的监控计算模型动态修正方法。该方法通过Plackett-Burman(P-B)实验对大量参数的显著性及影响程度进行分析,能够快速筛选出影响程度较大的显著性参数作为待修正参数,然后选择响应面法中的中心复合设计(CCD),考虑待修正参数间的交叉项、高次项的影响,得到待修正参数与目标函数之间的显式函数关系式,根据目标函数实测响应数据最优化待修正参数取值。以某无背索斜拉桥施工阶段监控计算模型动态修正为工程背景,开展关键施工阶段基于三维精细有限元模型的节段参数筛选实验和CCD参数修正实验。研究结果表明:修正后的节段参数具有明确的物理意义,修正参数后的模型高度吻合实际结构响应,修正模型精度较高,可准确指导下一阶段施工。运用提出的监控模型动态修正方法,对后续关键施工阶段监控模型计算结果与实际结构响应之间出现偏差时的监控模型进行动态修正,最终成桥状态达到设计状态,证明了该方法的有效性。The parameters are generally different in segment ally constructed concrete structures.It is inconsistent with the actual situation to take all segments as unified global parameters in the finite element model.A dynamic model update method was proposed,which took the segment parameters as the parameters to be updated,and took more measured indices in the construction stage as the objective function.It used the Plackett-Burman(P-B)experiment that can analyze the significance and the degree of influence of a large number of parameters,and quickly screened out the significant parameters with a greater degree of influence as the parameters were to be updated.The central composite design(CCD) in the response surface method was chosen to consider the influence of cross-terms and higher-order terms among the parameters to be updated,and the explicit functional relationship equation was obtained between the parameters to be updated and the objective function,which optimized the values of the parameters to be updated using the measured data.The segmental parameter screening experiment and CCD parameter update experiment of the 3-Dimension fine finite element model were carried out as an example for the main construction stage of a backless cable-stayed bridge.The calculation results show that the updated segmental parameters have clear physical meaning,the updated model highly matches the actual structural response with better accuracy,which can accurately guide the next stage of construction.When deviations occurred between the calculation results of the monitoring model and the actual structural response in the subsequent critical construction stage,the proposed dynamic correction method of the monitoring model was applied for the model update,and the final bridge state reached the design point,the method proved to be effective.
