摘  要:为进一步推广大跨径变截面波形钢腹板组合箱梁的应用、并提高其抗裂性能,提出变截面波形钢腹板-UHPC组合箱梁新体系。为研究其剪力滞效应,设计并完成一根大比例变截面波形钢腹板-UHPC组合模型梁在不同边界的静力加载试验。采用变截面比拟杆分析理论进行理论分析、建立ABAQUS有限元模型进行数值分析,获得对应测点的应力结果。从模型试验、理论分析、数值仿真分析中获得变截面波形钢腹板-UHPC组合模型梁在不同边界、不同荷载条件下的剪力滞效应规律及负剪力滞效应出现的区域,验证比拟杆分析剪力滞效应的可行性。研究结果表明:在集中荷载作用剪力滞效应纵向影响区之外,非应力集中区域,试验、理论计算与有限元三者的应力结果吻合良好,验证了变截面比拟杆理论分析集中荷载纵向影响区以外梁段剪力滞效应的可行性;集中荷载处顶板的剪力滞系数取值建议不小于1.4,其他地方的取值建议不小于1.1;在纵向影响区内会出现剪力滞效应正负交替现象,在悬臂梁根部截面变化较大的地方会出现负剪力滞效应。In order to further promote the application of large-span variable box section composite girder with corrugated steel webs and improve its crack resistance,this paper proposed a new system of variable box section composite girder with corrugated steel web and UHPC.To test its shear lag,this paper designed and completed the static loading tests of a large-scale variable box section composite test girder with corrugated steel web and UHPC at different boundaries,and then this paper used the variable section bar simulation method for theoretical analysis,and established the ABAQUS finite element model for numerical simulation to analyze and obtain the normal stress of the corresponding measuring points.From the model tests,theoretical analysis,and numerical simulation analysis,the shear lag effect law and the negative effect of the model beam under different boundaries and different load tests and the area where the shear lag effect appears were obtained,which verified the feasibility of analyzing the shear lag effect by bar simulation method.The results show that the normal stress results of tests,theoretical calculations and results of finite element model are in good agreement in the area where is outside the shear lag effect longitudinal influence zone under concentrated load,which verifies the feasibility of analyzing the shear lag effect by bar simulation method except the longitudinal influence zone under concentrated load.Besides,the recommended value of the shear lag effect of the apical plate at the concentrated load is not less than 1.4,and the value of other places is recommended to be not less than 1.1.There will be an alternating positive and negative shear lag effect in the longitudinal influence zone,and the negative shear lag effect will appear where the sections of the root of the cantilever beam changes greatly.
