摘 要:方钢剪切板分级屈服装配式耗能支撑由传力支撑及端部金属阻尼器通过高强螺栓连接构成,金属阻尼器由方钢及内填剪切板组成,利用内填剪切板和方钢分级屈服进入塑性耗能,可有效提高支撑的耗能能力,避免支撑斜杆失稳。阐述了其构造形式和工作机理,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对其进行了模拟分析,研究了不同设计参数对其滞回性能的影响。研究结果表明:方钢剪切板分级屈服装配式耗能支撑的滞回曲线饱满,耗能能力和承载能力优越,变形能力强;剪切板布置形式、耗能部分宽度和剪切板厚度对支撑耗能性能影响较大;方钢与剪切板四周均连接的满布方式,耗能效率高,支撑承载能力和耗能能力较好;耗能部分宽度越窄,剪切板越厚,支撑的承载能力越高,初始刚度越大,变形能力相对差。最后给出了方钢剪切板分级屈服装配式耗能支撑的初始刚度和屈服承载力计算公式,计算结果与有限元模拟分析结果吻合较好。The square steel and shear plate graded yield assembled energy dissipation brace is composed of the force transfer brace and metal damper connected with high-strength bolts,and the metal damper is composed of square steel and inner filled shear plate.The use of the inner filled shear plate and square steel graded yield to enter plastic energy dissipation can effectively improve the energy dissipation capacity of the brace and avoid the instability of the inclined rod of the brace.In this paper,its structural form and working mechanism are described,and its hysteretic performance and the influence of different parameters on its hysteretic performance are studied by using the finite element software ABAQUS.The results show that when the hysteretic curve of square steel shear plate graded flexure clothing matched energy dissipation brace is full,the energy dissipation capacity and bearing capacity will be superior,and the deformation capacity will be strong.The layout of shear plates,the width of energy dissipation section and the thickness of shear plates have a great influence on the energy dissipation performance of braces.When the square steel and the shear plate are connected all around,the shear plate has high energy consumption efficiency and good brace bearing capacity and energy consumption capacity.The narrower the width of the energy dissipation part is,the thicker the shear plate will be,and the higher the bearing capacity of the brace is,the greater the initial stiffness and the poorer the deformation capacity will be.Finally,this paper presents the formulas for calculating the initial stiffness and yield capacity of square steel shear plate graded flexure energy dissipation braces.
