摘 要:在实际生产过程中发现,钢丝绳破断拉力并不是随单丝的强度升高而升高。以7×7—φ2.3 mm钢丝绳为研究对象,研究了单丝强度对钢丝绳破断拉力的影响。实验表明:在复杂结构钢丝绳生产过程中,钢丝绳的破断拉力并不是随着单丝强度的增加而增加,而是存在一个单丝强度的拐点区间,当单丝强度超过3400 MPa后钢丝绳破断拉力随着单丝强度的增加反而降低,单丝强度在3400 MPa以下时钢丝绳破断拉力随着单丝强度的增加而增加。In the actual production process,it is found that the breaking force of the steel wire rope does not increase with the increase of the strength of the fine wire.Taking the 7×7—φ2.3 mm steel wire rope as the research object,the influence of fine wire strength on the breaking force of the wire rope was studied.Experiments show that in the production process of wire rope with complex structure,the breaking force of the wire rope does not increase with the increase of the strength of the fine wire,there is an inflection point range of the strength of the fine wire.When the strength of the single wire exceeds 3400 MPa,the breaking force of the steel wire rope increases with The increase of the strength of the fine wire decreases instead.When the strength of the single wire is below 3400 MPa,the breaking force of the wire rope increases with the increase of the strength of the fine wire.
