摘　　要：梳理进厂原燃料检验过程中存在的风险,结合首钢股份质检视频监控的建设,对目前市场上主流的监控方案进行了分析,对传统监控系统进行升级改造,充分利用高科技手段,以实现“人防”到“技防”的转变。对视频监控系统的组成(前端部分、传输部分、控制部分、显示部分)、主要设备(应用服务器、硬盘录像机、显示大屏、矩阵等)进行了介绍,阐述了首钢股份质检部门视频监控方案的实施及取得的实际成效。This paper analyzes the risks in the process of raw fuel inspection and analyzes the current mainstream monitoring schemes in the market based on the construction of shougang Co.,Ltd.'s quality inspection video monitoring.It upgrades and transforms the traditional monitoring system and makes full use of high-tech means to realize the transformation from"civil air defense"to"technical defense".This paper introduces the composition of video surveillance system(front-end part,transmission part,control part,display part)and main equipment(application server,hard disk recorder,display screen,matrix,etc.),and expounds the implementation of video surveillance scheme of quality inspection department of Shougang And the actual results obtained.
