摘　　要：针对三调专用软件MapLand在计算生成坡度图时存在步骤烦琐、计算量大及耕地赋值易出现偏差等问题,基于ArcGIS软件强大的地理信息数据操作功能和计算功能,设计完整的三调耕地坡度分级图制作和耕地坡度级赋值技术流程。利用数字高程模型数据制作区县级坡度分级图,通过交集制表主成分分析将耕地坡度级自动赋值到耕地图斑,完成耕地面积和田坎面积的测算。从操作步骤、计算时间、耕地赋值和成果质量方面与三调专用软件MapLand进行比对的结果表明,设计的技术流程和参数指标具有良好的可操作性,在计算运行时间和耕地坡度级别赋值方面具有明显优势,能在保证成果质量的同时节省数据处理时间。For the problems existing in the calculation and generation of the slope map by MapLand of the third national land resource survey,such as cumbersome steps,large amount of calculation and easy deviation of cultivated land assignment,a complete technical process of making the third national land survey cultivated land slope grade map and the cultivated land slope grade assignment is designed on the basis of powerful geographic information data manipulation function and calculation function of ArcGIS.The DEM data is used to make a district and county level slope grading map,and the cultivated land slope grades are automatically assigned to the cultivated map patches through the principal component analysis of the intersection tabulation to complete the calculation of the cultivated land area and the sill area.Comparing with MapLand in terms of operation steps,calculation time,cultivated land assignment and quality of results,the results show that the designed technical process and parameter indicators have good operability and obvious advantages in calculating running time and cultivated land slope grade assignment,which saves data processing time while ensuring the quality of results.
