摘　　要：荀子提出别具特色的理想人格理论,将理想人格分为士、君子和圣人三个层次。在培养完全纯粹的人格方面——成人之道,提出了许多有益的见解。他的师法之教、注错习俗、强学而求以及乐教感染成为培养理想人格的实践方法,对于当代理想人格的构建具有启迪意义。Xun zi put forward his distinctive theory of ideal personality.The ideal personality is divided into three levels:scholar,gentleman and sage.In the development of a completely pure personality—the way of adulthood,he put forward many useful insights.His teaching of imitation,behave in a conventional,learn for relieving,and music education infection became the practical methods to cultivate the ideal personality.It is enlightening to the construction of contemporary ideal personality.
