府澴河孝感段“2021·8”洪水简析

摘　　要：2021年8月,府澴河孝感段发生超警戒洪水,汛情形势严峻。基于府澴河孝感段的雨情、水情等水文特征,对洪水成因进行了简要分析。结果表明:府澴河孝感段出现“2021·8”洪水的主要原因是流域强降雨、上游来水、地理因素、防洪排涝能力不足等。基于成因分析,提出了工程和非工程措施建议,以期为今后府澴河防洪决策提供参考。In August 2021,a flood which exceeds warning level occurred in Xiaogan segment of Fuhuan River,and the flood situation was severe.Based on the hydrologic characteristics of rain and water conditions in Xiaogan segment of Fuhuan River,the cause of the flood is briefly analyzed.The results show that the"2021·8"flood appeared in Xiaogan segment of Fuhuan River due to the influence of heavy rainfall,upstream water inflow,geographical factors and inadequate flood control and drainage capacity.Some suggestions on engineering and non-engineering measures are put forward so as to provide reference for flood control decision of Fuhuan River.
