摘 要:在遇到火灾和其他危险工况时,紧急切断阀在迅速关闭过程中,阀芯和密封组件之间会产生较大的冲击力,容易造成密封组件损坏,影响阀门密封性能。通过分析切断阀实现“快关慢合”的技术和现状,提出了一种紧急关闭防撞结构的设计,该设计方案利用调速阀改变导通气流的速度,调节紧急切断阀关闭瞬间阻力,从而提高切断阀的关闭速度。应用表明:该设计方案延长了阀门的使用寿命,保障了生产的安全性。In case of fire and other dangerous working conditions, During the process of the emergency shut-off valve quickly closes. a large impact force will be generated between the valve inserts and the sealing, which is easy to cause damage to the sealing and affect the sealing performance of the valve. By analyzing the technology and current situation of “quick breaking to slower end to close” of the shut-off valve, a design of emergency closing anti-collision structure is proposed. The design scheme uses the speed regulating valve to change the speed of the airflow, adjust the immediate resistance of the emergency shut-off valve, so as to improve the closing speed of the shut-off valve.The design scheme not only prolongs the service life of the valve, but also ensures the safety of production.
