原位测量法在裂解炉温度和氧含量检测中的应用

摘  要:利用烷基化废酸及合成氨废气生产硫酸的裂解炉反应温度高,反应物中含水,SO_(3)和金属颗粒等,使得炉内的温度和氧含量检测困难,介绍了裂解炉氧含量测量中常用的原位测量法和引出式外部测量法,通过选用原位测量法并结合耐热激耐冲蚀氧化锆测量探头的应用,保障了监测数据的准确性和有效性,降低了裂解炉内不合格产物的生成量。The cracking furnace producing sulfuric acid using alkylation waste acid and synthetic ammonia waste gas has high reaction temperature,and the reactants has water content,SO_(3) and metal particles,etc.The above reasons make it difficult to detect temperature and oxygen content in the furnace.In-situ measurement method and extractive external measurement method are introduced.By choosing in-situ measurement method and combining with applying of heat shock and corrosion resistant zirconia measuring probe,the accuracy and validity of monitoring data are guaranteed and the amount of unqualified products in cracking furnace is reduced.
