新安医家汪机“灸有补泻”学术思想研究

摘　　要：新安医学诞生于风景秀丽、人杰地灵的新安江流域,涌现出诸多名医大家,汪机便是其中一位。其学术上多有建树,在灸法治病方面,延续《内经》的“灸有补泻”理论,提倡辨证施灸,根据“补虚泻实”原则,选择不同的灸法、灸量和灸材等,颇有心得。汪氏的灸法学术思特别是在灸治疮疡方面对后世医家临证产生深远影响,亦得到现代医学证实,为扩大灸法的临床应用提供新思路。Xin’an Medicine was born in the Xin’an River Valley with beautiful scenery and outstanding people.Many famous doctors have emerged,and Wang Ji is one of them.He has many achievements in academics.In terms of moxibustion therapy,he continues the theory of “moxibustion has tonifying and reducing” in the “Nei Jing”,advocates the application of moxibustion based on syndrome differentiation,and chooses different moxibustion methods,moxibustion amounts and moxibustion materials according to the principle of “tonifying deficiency and reducing excess”.Wait,quite a feeling.Wang’s academic thinking on moxibustion,especially in the treatment of sores and ulcers with moxibustion,has had a profound impact on the clinical diagnosis of later generations of doctors,and has also been confirmed by modern medicine,providing new ideas for expanding the clinical application of moxibustion.
