摘　　要：介绍张琦运用四妙丸加味化裁辅以外治方法治疗下肢丹毒经验。张师注重皮损为其因,认为下肢丹毒多因足趾间皮肤破损或脚湿气,湿热火毒之邪乘机侵入人体,郁阻肌肤,发为该病,病机多为“湿瘀并重,夹有热毒”。主张部位辨证,治疗推崇分期治疗,标本兼治,内外同治。急则治其标,缓则治其本。内治以利湿化瘀解毒为主,擅用四妙丸加味化裁,外治以芙蓉膏为主。并附验案2则,以资佐证。This article introduces ZHANG Qi’s experience in treating lower limbs erysipelas by modified Simiao pills with auxiliary external therapy.ZHANG Qi focuses on skin lesions as the cause of the disease,and believes that most cases of lower limbs erysipelas are caused by broken skin between the toes or dampness in the feet,and that the evil of dampness,heat and fire toxins invade the body and block the skin,resulting in the disease.Advocate differentiation of symptoms and signs by location,treatment by stage,treat both symptoms and root causes,and treat both internally and externally.The acute treatment is to treat the symptoms,while the slow treatment is to treat the root cause.The internal treatment is based on relieving dampness,resolving blood stasis and detoxifying the toxin,making good use of Simiao pill with flavouring,while the external treatment is based on Furong Ointment.Two experimental cases are also attached for supporting evidence.
