镇痛牵引下手法正骨结合自制可调式脊柱夹板治疗单纯胸腰段椎体骨折临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察镇痛牵引下手法正骨结合自制可调式脊柱夹板治疗单纯胸腰段椎体骨折的临床疗效。方法:将苏州市中医医院骨伤科2015年10月-2020年12月37例符合纳入标准的单纯胸腰段椎体骨折患者作为研究对象,行镇痛牵引下手法正骨结合自制可调式脊柱夹板固定治疗,分析治疗前后的影像学改变和临床疗效。结果:患者的影像学指标和临床功能评价均得到理想的恢复。结论:对于单纯胸腰段椎体骨折患者采用镇痛牵引下手法正骨结合自制可调式脊柱夹板固定治疗,治疗效果可靠,患者满意度高,操作简单、治疗费用低,且填补了脊柱骨折夹板固定治疗的空白,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of manipulative bone setting combined with self-made adjustable spinal splint under analgesic traction in the treatment of simple thoracolumbar vertebral fractures.Methods:From October 2015 to December 2020,37 patients with simple thoracolumbar vertebral fractures who met the inclusion criteria from the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects.After fixed treatment,the imaging changes and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were analyzed.Results:The imaging indexes and clinical function evaluation of the patients were recovered ideally.Conclusion:For patients with simple thoracolumbar vertebral body fractures,manipulative bone-setting under analgesia and traction combined with self-made adjustable spinal splint fixation has reliable treatment effect,high patient satisfaction,simple operation,low treatment cost,and fills the spinal fracture splint fixation.The blank of treatment is worthy of clinical promotion.
