摘　　要：骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis,OP)具有高患病率、高致残率,对中国中老年人生命安全及生活质量造成了极大的威胁,寻求安全有效的治疗方案防治OP具有重大的临床意义。近年来研究表明,虎潜丸临床治疗骨质疏松症效果显著,但其作用机制尚未完全明确。综述近几年来有关虎潜丸的文献报道,从虎潜丸组方中单味中药及虎潜丸组方应用于治疗骨质疏松症的药理作用机制研究、虎潜丸临床应用研究3个方面进行探讨总结,以期为临床诊疗提供思路。Osteoporosis (OP) has a high prevalence and high disability rate,which poses a great threat to the life safety and quality of life of middle-aged and elderly people in China.It is of great clinical importance to seek safe and effective treatment options for the prevention and treatment of OP.significance.In recent years,studies have shown that Huqian Pill has a significant clinical effect on osteoporosis,but its mechanism of action has not been fully clarified.The literature reports about Huqian Pills in recent years are reviewed,from the study of the pharmacological mechanism of Huqian Pills in the treatment of osteoporosis,and the clinical application of Huqian Pills.To discuss and summarize,in order to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
