甘草锌颗粒联合双歧三联活菌片治疗腹泻患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察甘草锌颗粒结合双歧三联活菌片治疗腹泻患儿的效果。方法:选取110例腹泻患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各55例。两组患儿均采取基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用双歧三联活菌片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用甘草锌颗粒治疗,比较两组疗效、治疗前后血清免疫功能指标[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)]水平和治疗前后血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.55%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清IgA、IgG、IgM和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甘草锌颗粒联合双歧三联活菌片治疗腹泻患儿可提高治疗总有效率和血清免疫功能指标水平,以及降低血清炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯双歧三联活菌片治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Licorice zinc granules combined with Bifid triple viable tablets in treatment of children with diarrhea.Methods:110 children with diarrhea were selected as the research objects and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Bifid triple viable tablets,while the observation group was treated with licorice zinc granules on the basis of that of the control group.The curative effects,the serum immune function index levels[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)]before and after the treatment,and the serum inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.55%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serum IgA,IgG,IgM and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Licorice zinc granules combined with Bifid triple viable tablets in the treatment of the children with diarrhea can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the levels of serum immune function indexes and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors.Moreover,it is superior to single Bifid triple viable tablets treatment.
