摘　　要：模具技术在工业生产中起着很重要的作用。目前,中国模具制造业整个行业的发展十分迅速,同时,模具技术也被广泛地应用到社会各个领域中,如汽车行业、IT行业以及OA行业,这些行业中所使用到的零部件都与模具生产有着重要的关联性,模具本身的质量、标准与行业生产质量有着直接的关联,直接影响到经济效益,因此需要在模具生产发展行业建立一个健全的生产发展体系、流程,通过固定的生产标准,提高模具生产的质量。为了更好地实现这样的目标,展开了研究论述,结合使用文献研究方法,为研究奠定了理论基础条件,同时通过分析行业技术手段,指出了当下模具行业中存在的一些问题,并提出了解决建议,这对于提高模具制造业的质量有着直接的推动作用。Mold technology plays a very important role in industrial production. At present, China′s mold manufacturing industry is developing very rapidly, at the same time, mold technology is also widely used in various fields of society, such as automobile industry, IT industry and OA industry, the parts used in these industries are closely related to mold production, the quality and standard of mold itself are directly related to the production quality of the industry and directly affect the economic benefits, therefore, it is necessary to establish a sound production development system and process in the mold production and development industry, and improve the quality of mold production through fixed production standards. In order to better achieve this goal, the research discussion had been carried out. Combined with the use of literature research methods, a theoretical foundation for the research was laid. At the same time, through the analysis of industrial technical means, some problems existing in the current mold industry were pointed out and the solutions were put forward, which played a direct role in improving the quality of mold manufacturing industry.
