摘 要:通过对摊铺机与混合料相互作用理论研究可知,存在高效的振动频率范围,在此范围内沥青混合料容易被振实,沥青混合料获得较高的初压密实度。然而在实际施工中,并没有摊铺机频率测定的专用仪器,通常采用挡位或者百分比的方式调节振捣和振动频率,无法判断振动频率是否在与材料相适应的频率范围内,施工过程中的调节具有较大的盲目性。因此研究提出一种摊铺机多频率振动监测系统,可以对摊铺机的振捣装置振捣频率进行实时监测,通过现场的实验监测,发现当烫平板相对于出料速度具有最佳的匹配振动频率时,可满足路面压实度、渗水系数及平整度的相关要求,同时可在施工过程中节能降耗。提出的频率监测系统可对施工过程进行指导,保证摊铺机高效工作及施工质量的提高。According to the theoretical study on the interaction between paver and mixture, there is a high efficient range of vibration frequency, in which asphalt mixture is easy to be vibrated and high initial compaction degree is obtained. However, in the actual construction,paver does not have a special instrument for frequency determination, paver usually adopts the way of gear or percentage to adjust vibration and vibration frequency, it is impossible to judge whether the vibration frequency is in the range suitable for the material, and the adjustment in the construction process is blind. A multi-frequency vibration monitoring system for paver was presented, which could monitor the vibration frequency of paver in real time, it was found that when the hot plate had the best matching vibration frequency relative to the discharging speed,it could meet the requirements of pavement compactness, permeability coefficient and smoothness, and saved energy in the construction process. The monitoring system guides the construction process to ensure the paver to work efficiently and improves the construction quality.
