摘  要:通过工艺性实验来确定风力发电机组风轮叶片灌注流道设计是否合理,能否在理想的时间内将叶片壳体灌注完毕,减少因流道设计不合理导致大面积纤维材料未浸润,或因树脂在制品未灌注完成前已经固化引入的报废风险,不仅耗时耗力,而且人工和原材料成本都比较高,实验过程较为繁琐,通常要经历铺层、灌注、固化、去辅材、切割观察厚度剖面等工序,同时存在一次实验结果不理想,经调整后进行更多次实验的可能。为了解决这一情况,国内外产品制造厂商联合高等院校通过软件仿真模拟产品结构较复杂位置灌注过程,并与实际的工艺性实验过程进行对比,总结出灌注流道设计的一些方法和规律。为了研究风轮叶片VARI工艺过程中树脂在曲面构件中的流动规律,通过PAM-RTM、CATIA和Patran等仿真软件来实现上述过程,找出不同流道设计的异同点,进而优化参数,指导生产。Through technological experiments to determine whether the design of the pouring channel of the wind turbine blade is reasonable and whether the pouring of the blade shell can be completed in an ideal time. To reduce the problem that large areas of fiber materials are not soaked due to unreasonable channel design, or the risk of scrap due to the resin curing before the product is poured, which is not only timeconsuming and labor-intensive, but also the cost of labor and raw materials is relatively high. The experimental process is cumbersome. It usually goes through the processes of layering, pouring, curing, removing auxiliary materials, cutting and observing the thickness profile. At the same time, the experimental results are not ideal, possibility of more experiments after adjustment. In order to solve the problem, domestic and foreign product manufacturers, together with colleges and universities, simulated the pouring process at the more complex position of product structure through software simulation, and compared with the actual technological experimental process, summarized some methods and rules of pouring channel design. In order to study the flow law of resin in curved surface components during the VARI process of wind turbine blades,the above process was realized through PAM-RTM, CATIA and Patran simulation software, so as to find out the similarities and differences of different channel designs, optimize parameters and guide production.
