摘 要:提出一种汽车锂电池监控系统的设计。系统设计了电池检测传感器模块、电池模组电路模块和电池修复电路模块。电池检测传感器模块对电池模组监测,并通过CAN总线将数据传输给控制器,而控制器将数据打包处理后通过V2X通讯模块上报给云服务器,最终通过V2X通讯模块反馈预处理计划指令到控制器实现汽车锂电池的智能监控及健康守护。系统简洁、运行稳定,可以有效减少因电池性能下降导致电池短路、电池热失控的现象发生。A design of automobile lithium battery monitoring system was presented. The system designed the battery detection sensor module,battery module circuit module and battery repair circuit module. The battery detection sensor module realized the monitoring of the battery and transmited data to the controller based on CAN bus. The controller reported the processed data to the cloud server based on V2X communication module, and finally feedbacked the preprocessing plan instruction to the controller, which realized the intelligent monitoring and health protection of automobile lithium battery. The system is simple and stable, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of battery short circuit and thermal runaway caused by battery performance decline.
