摘  要:光学防抖模组CASE部品的传统清洁作业工艺,一般采用人工擦拭或高压吹气喷淋来进行清洁作业,这种清洁方式效率低,劳动强度大,人工成本高,且难于保证制品清洁品质,清洁过程容易对制品CASE表面造成擦伤,有时在吹气清洁过程中,会造成残留清洁液飞溅,存在安全隐患。为解决以上问题,根据产品CASE的外形及材质特点,以超声波清洗技术为基础,以步进电机为动力源,以应用PLC及人机界面触摸屏技术作为操控手段,在传统超声波清洗设备的基础上,作出针对光学防抖模组的CASE制品所匹配的清洗液过滤改善方案,再通过对一定量的CASE制品超声波清洗效果验证,得出清洁数据后,再结合先进工业自动化技术,研发出了封闭式槽体超声波清洗设备。通过该设备实现了光学防抖模组的CASE超声波快速清洗,提高CASE的清洗品质,降低了不良率,同时也提升了这一清洗工程的安全作业性。The traditional cleaning process of case parts of optical anti shake module generally adopts manual wiping or high-pressure air blowing spray for cleaning. The cleaning method has low efficiency, high labor intensity, high labor cost, and it is difficult to ensure the cleaning quality of products. The cleaning process is easy to scratch the case surface of products, and sometimes residual cleaning liquid splashes during air blowing cleaning. There are potential safety hazards. In order to solve the above problems, according to the appearance and material characteristics of the product case, based on the ultrasonic cleaning technology, took the stepping motor as the power source, the application of PLC and man-machine interface touch screen technology as the control means. And on the basis of the traditional ultrasonic cleaning equipment, the project made the cleaning solution filtration improvement scheme matching the case products of the optical anti shake module. After verifying the ultrasonic cleaning effect of a certain amount of case products and obtaining the cleaning data, combined with advanced industrial automation technology, a closed tank ultrasonic cleaning equipment was developed. The equipment realizes the case ultrasonic rapid cleaning of optical anti shake module, improves the cleaning quality of case, reduces the defect rate, and improves the safe operation of this cleaning project.
