摘  要:介绍了核电站全厂机械联锁装置设计采购的特点以及锁具关键信息的管理方法,梳理了全厂机械联锁装置的管理难点和痛点。并结合核电站工程建设过程中各项设备管理流程及要求,论述了核电站全厂机械联锁装置协同管理平台的开发思路及核心功能,平台为工程建设过程中设计、采购、生产制造及设备运维等各方搭建了有效的协同管理渠道,构建了全厂机械联锁装置的全寿期数据库,创造性实现了锁具联锁逻辑的可视化及智能检核。提出的利用信息化管理手段来解决工程项目中电气设备联锁装置采购及管理问题的思路,对核电站、发电厂等复杂工程的设备产业链延伸管理具有一定借鉴作用。The design & procurement principle and information management method of mechanical interlock device in nuclear power plant were introduced, the difficulties and pain points in the management of mechanical interlocking device were summarized, and combined with the procedures and management requirement of nuclear power plant′s engineering construction to introduce the development ideas and core functions of the cooperative management platform of mechanical interlocking device in the whole nuclear power plant. The software connected the designer, purchaser, manufacturer and operator effectively, and built a database of all-life with visualization and intelligent functions. The proposed solution to the procurement and management issue of mechanical interlock device in big project by developing related software can be used for reference for the extended management of complex equipment industry chain in nuclear power plant.
