摘  要:大体积钢结构具有杆件多、空间结构复杂和迎风面积大等特点,其安装前后受约束条件不同,自身刚性和稳定性相差很大,且单机吊装时起重机械的稳定性容易受风荷载的影响,吊装风险较大。一般钢结构吊装方案的内容无法满足指导其施工的需求,需补充相关吊点布置和结构内力计算等重要内容。通过结合某游泳馆屋面钢结构吊装工程实例,详细介绍了大体积钢结构单机吊装关键技术。在编制大体积钢结构吊装方案时,采用钢结构分析软件对吊装过程中的钢结构应力和变形进行计算,通过合理布置吊点,确保钢结构应力和变形符合规范要求。同时通过采用虚拟吊点的方法,较精确地计算出钢丝绳的受力,并根据计算结果对吊装节点进行局部加固。考虑到大体积钢结构吊装对风荷载很敏感,吊机起重能力应预留较大的安全裕度。通过关键技术的应用,在技术方面规避了大体积钢结构吊装过程中的安全风险,确保吊装过程的顺利进行。Large volume steel structure has the characteristics of many members, complex spatial structure and large windward area. It is subject to different constraints before and after installation, and its own rigidity and stability vary greatly. In addition, during single machine hoisting, the stability of crane is easy to be affected by wind load, and the hoisting risk is large. The contents of general steel structure hoisting scheme can not meet the needs of guiding its construction, it is necessary to supplement important contents such as relevant lifting point layout and structural internal force calculation. Combined with the hoisting engineering example of roof steel structure of a swimming pool, the key technology of single crane hoisting of large volume steel structure was introduced in detail. When preparing the hoisting scheme of large volume steel structure, the steel structure analysis software was used to calculate the stress and deformation of steel structure during hoisting, and the stress and deformation of steel structure could meet the specification requirements by reasonably arranging hoisting points. At the same time,by using the method of virtual lifting point, the stress of steel wire rope was calculated accurately, and the lifting joint was strengthened locally according to the calculation results. Considering that the hoisting of large volume steel structure was very sensitive to wind load, a large safety margin shall be reserved for the hoisting capacity of the crane. Through the application of key technologies, the safety risks in the hoisting process of large volume steel structure are avoided in terms of technology, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the hoisting process.
