摘 要:在长时间的运行过程中,锅炉会因为受到多种因素的影响而结垢,不仅影响传热和浪费燃料,降低锅炉的使用寿命,严重时还会出现锅炉爆炸事件问题。针对于此,必须认真做好结垢的处理工作,始终充分明确锅炉结垢的原因和相应的处理措施,确保锅炉处于有效运行状态。介绍了锅炉常见的水垢种类、锅炉结垢的原因与危害性,重点论述了锅炉结垢的处理措施,实现预期的锅炉除垢目标,为锅炉结垢的原因查找及处理提供了参考。In the long running process, the boiler will be affected by a variety of factors and scale, not only affect the heat transfer and waste of fuel, reduce the service life of the boiler, serious boiler explosion events will occur. In view of this, it is necessary to do a good job of scaling treatment, always fully clear the cause of boiler scaling and the corresponding treatment measures, to ensure that the boiler is in an effective state of operation. The common types of boiler scale, the cause and harm of boiler scale were introduced, the treatment measures of boiler scale were focused on to achieve the desired goal of boiler scale removal, which provided a reference for the cause finding and treatment of boiler scaling.
