摘　　要：在人口老龄化和乡村振兴战略的双重背景下,许多城市出现了老人旅居农村的新型养老模式。以马斯洛理论为指导,建立老年人“需求分析”框架,以北京市爨底下村为例,通过实地调研,从空间布局等方面着手,贴合老年人不同层次的需求,确定村落适老化改造方向,以期为传统村落的适老化改造以及旅居养老研究提供相关内容。Under the dual background of population aging and rural revitalization strategies, many cities have emerged in a new type of elderly care model in which the elderly live in the countryside. Guided by Maslow’s theory, establish a framework of “demand analysis” for the elderly. Taking Cuandixia Village in Beijing as an example, through on-the-spot research, starting from the spatial layout and other aspects, it fits the needs of the elderly at different levels and determines that the village is suitable for aging. The direction of transformation is expected to provide relevant content for the aging-appropriate transformation of traditional villages and the research on living and elderly care.
