摘　　要：结合具体工程实例,简述了BIM技术在屋面工程策划中的应用,从缸砖花型设计、女儿墙造型设计等方面,阐述了BIM技术在屋面设计中的应用,并就BIM技术在屋面实施过程中的把控重点进行了详细说明,指出将BIM技术与屋面工程相结合,提高了屋面工程策划的协调性,提高了项目的施工质量,降低了屋面工程的施工成本。Combining with the projects, the paper indicates the application of BIM technique in plannings for roof projects, illustrates its application in the roof design from the pattern design for quarry tiles and the stylistic design for parapets, clarifies the key points in its implementation on roofs, and points out the combination of BIM technique and roof projects can improve the coordinated roof projects as well as the construction quality and lower the construction cost for the roof projects.
