摘  要:提高轴向磁通三相感应电机额定运行时的功率因数、效率、电磁转矩,选取定子槽宽、定子槽口宽、转子槽口宽为变量参数;计算电机的电磁参数,运用T形等效电路求解电机稳态结果,避免三维模型存在建模困难、计算量大以及运行所需时间长等问题。分别采用田口法和响应曲面法对电机进行优化,通过二维有限元法求解电机稳态结果,分析差异原因,验证优化方法的正确性与可行性。The aim is to improve the power factor,efficiency and electromagnetic torque of the axial flux three-phase induction motor under rated operation.The stator slot width,stator notch width and rotor notch width are selected as variable parameters.The electromagnetic parameters of the motor are calculated and the T-shaped equivalent circuit is used to solve the steady-state results of the motor,which avoids the problems of difficult modeling,large computation and long operation time of the three-dimensional model.The Taguchi method and response surface method are used to optimize the motor respectively.The two-dimensional finite element method is used to solve the steady-state results of the motor,analyze the reasons for the differences,and verify the correctness and feasibility of the optimization method.
