摘　　要：欧盟发布新版欧盟机械产品法规(MPR)提案,旨在替代欧盟机械指令(MD)。电动工具是我国较为典型的外贸出口型商品,随着技术法规的更替,相关各方应及时了解并研究法规的技术方向和市场影响,结合欧盟协调标准修订与解决方案,为制造商积极应对贸易壁垒提供技术支撑。EU has issued a new proposal of EU Machinery Products Regulation(MPR)with the purpose to replace the EU Machinery Directive(MD).Electric tool is a typical export-oriented commodity in China.With the update of technical regulations,relevant parties should know and study the technical direction and market impact of the new regulation in time,and provide a technical support for the manufacturers to actively deal with trade barriers in combination with the revision and solution of the relevant EU harmonized standards.
