摘 要:某钨矿露天开采至一期境界末期,若直接向终了境界实施扩帮,存在剥离量巨大、扩帮过渡期长,效益差等问题。为此提出以多个嵌套坑的可采矿量、品位、废石量为基础,再次分期开采的境界优化思路:在一期境界和终了境界之间确定一期扩帮境界,形成先由一期境界向一期扩帮境界过渡,之后再扩展至终了境界的开采顺序。通过MineSight软件对分期境界进行优化和圈定,最终确定了一个作业安全、经济合理、技术可行、服务年限也较为合适的一期扩帮境界,有效减少了扩帮剥离量,缩短了扩帮时间,提升了项目效益。Once the slope is directly expanded when the open pit of a tungsten mine is mined to the end of the boundary at the first stage,there are many problems,such as huge stripping amount,long transition period of slope expansion,as well as bad benefit and so on.Therefore,the paper puts forward the boundary optimization idea of taking mineable ore amount,grade and waste rocks amount of the several pits as a basis and followed by staged mining:stage-1 slope expansion boundary is determined between the stage-1 boundary and ultimate boundary to form a mining sequence that the mining is first transits from the stage-1 boundary to the stage-1 slope expansion boundary,and then extends to the ultimate boundary.The staged boundary is optimized and delineated by Minesight software,thus determining a stage-1 slope expansion boundary with safe operation,reasonable cost,feasible technology and appropriate service life,which can effectively decrease the stripping amount,shorten the slope expanding time and improve the project benefit.
