摘  要:介绍了双向平行流工艺技术及其成套设备应用进展,对典型应用案例进行了分析,对比了在400 kt/a产能规模下采用双向平行流工艺和常规PC电解工艺配置方案的技术经济指标、主要可比建设内容、主要投资和经营费用进行了对比。对比发现:双向平行流高效电解技术不但工艺先进,而且综合能耗、可比建设投资、可比年经营费用均更低,是更具有竞争优势的铜电解工艺技术方案。This paper introduces the application progress of bidirectional parallel current technology and its complete set of equipment,analyzes typical application cases,and compares the technical and economic indicators,main comparable construction contents,main investment and operating expenses of the configuration scheme of bidirectional parallel current process and conventional PC technology under the capacity scale of 400 kt/a.It is found thatbidirectional parallel current technology is not only advanced in process,but also lower in comprehensive energy consumption,comparable construction investment and comparable annual operating cost.It is a more competitive copper electrolysis process technology scheme.
