摘　　要：在对国内5356焊丝制备工艺现状进行梳理的基础上,拟制了高品质5356焊丝生产工艺方案。根据拟定的生产技术质量要求、生产装备与工艺流程、工艺参数等,利用国产某高端焊丝生产线进行了生产实践。该生产线以Φ2.7 mm 5356线杆为原材料,生产制造高品质5356铝焊丝生产。通过对生产过程的理论分析,总结了高品质5356铝焊丝的生产关键技术,指出了现有拉丝设备刮削技术存在的不足。On the basis of combing the current situation of domestic 5356 welding wire preparation process,the production process scheme of high-quality 5356 welding wire is proposed.According to the proposed production technology and quality requirements,production equipment,process flow and process parameters,a domestic high-end welding wire production line was used for production practice.Φ2.7 mm 5356 wire rod is used as raw material to produce high-quality 5356 aluminum welding wire in this production line.Through the theoretical analysis of the production process,the key production technologies of high-quality 5356 aluminum welding wire are summarized,and the shortcomings of the existing scraping technology of wire drawing equipment are pointed out.
