摘　　要：以九龙湖公园真趣园为例,通过对建设过程中遇到的问题及解决方案的分析,探究了在儿童公园建设各阶段的管理要点,包括决策阶段的选址决策、规划设计阶段对儿童主题表达的设计、施工及运营阶段对建设过程中存在的问题进行预判和提前准备,为后期建设儿童主题公园提供经验和建议。Taking the true fun park of Jiulong Lake Park as an example,through the analysis of the problems encountered in the construction process and the solutions,this paper explores the key management points in each stage of the construction of children's theme park,including the site selection decision in the decision-making stage,the design,construction and operation of children's theme expression in the planning and design stage,and the pre judgment and preparation of the problems existing in the construction process,so as to provide experience and suggestions for the later construction of children's theme park.
