摘 要:结合工程实际,对混凝土拌和站采用装配式型钢基础的可行性进行了研究。结果证明,采用装配式型钢基础的混凝土拌和站有效将传统混凝土基础厚度降低了约2/3,大大减少了钢筋混凝土的消耗量及后期建筑垃圾的产生量,节约了施工工期,且装配式基础多次重复使用,对场地的环保效应也很显著,值得在类似项目中推广。Combined with the engineering practice,the feasibility of adopting prefabricated section steel foundation in concrete batching plant is studied.The results show that the concrete batching plant with prefabricated section steel foundation effectively reduces the thickness of traditional concrete foundation by about 2/3,greatly reduces the consumption of reinforced concrete and the amount of construction waste generated in the later stage,and saves the construction period.Furthermore,the repeated use of the prefabricated foundation for many times also has a significant environmental protection effect on the site and is worthy of promotion in similar projects.
