摘  要:高空悬挑钢连廊受高度、质量及一端悬挑影响,加之被连接的双塔下带分体式裙房,传统整体提升法无合适拼装场地,既不能很好地解决带分体裙房双塔相向悬挑空中钢连廊的安全难题,也不能优化主体与装修工程施工工序。基于此,在理论计算和仿真模拟的基础上,通过西安中铁丝路总部项目实践,研发出一套由空中散拼悬挑段加固设上吊点,中间连接加固拼装段设下吊点,通过液压同步提升系统,整体提升就位,最后拆除临时加固杆件恢复悬挑受力,中间穿插装修工序的施工方法;同时提出一种外装修施工操作平台,保障高空作业安全,取得较好的实施效果。The high-altitude cantilevered steel corridor is affected by the height,quality and cantilever at one end.In addition,the connected double tower has a split podium,and the traditional overall lifting method has no suitable assembly site.It cannot well solve the safety problem of the aerial steel corridor with opposite cantilevered double towers with split podium,nor optimize the construction process of the main body and decoration engineering.Based on this,on the basis of theoretical calculation and simulation,and through the project practice of Xi’an Railway Silk Road headquarters,a set of construction method is developed,which consists of strengthening the aerial assembling cantilever section and setting the upper lifting point,setting the lower lifting point in the middle connection reinforcement and assembly section,lifting it in place as a whole through the hydraulic synchronous lifting system,and finally removing the temporary reinforcement rod to restore the stress of the cantilever,interspersed with the decoration process in the middle.At the same time,an external decoration construction operation platform is proposed to ensure the safety of high-altitude operation and achieve good implementation results.
