附着式升降脚手架与外墙保温一体化的应用分析

摘　　要：在建筑工程施工中,附着式升降脚手架与保温一体化同时施工时,容易出现保温一体化与附着式升降脚手架的安装冲突及外墙保温一体板施工完成后需要再进行二次修补的问题。为有效解决此类问题,针对附着式升降脚手架和外墙保温一体化各自的深化设计以及现场施工的特性进行了研究。通过研究附着式升降脚手架的结构部件、附着式升降脚手架的施工工艺、附着式升降脚手架的深化设计、外墙保温一体化的构造、外墙保温一体化安装工艺、外墙保温一体化的深化设计,提出了解决和优化相关问题的方法及措施,可供类似项目参考。In the construction of building engineering,when the attached lifting scaffold and thermal insulation integration are constructed at the same time,it is easy to appear the installation conflict between the thermal insulation integration and the attached lifting scaffold,and the problem required for secondary repair after the completion of the construction of the external wall insulation integrated board.In order to effectively solve these problems,the respective deepening design of attached lifting scaffold and external wall insulation integration and the characteristics of on-site construction are studied.By studying the structural components of the attached lifting scaffold,the construction technology of the attached lifting scaffold,the deepening design of the attached lifting scaffold,the structure of the integration of external wall thermal insulation,the installation technology of the integration of external wall insulation and the deepening design of the integration of external wall insulation,this paper puts forward the methods and measures to solve and optimize the relevant problems,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
