灌注桩桩头预埋管绳锯切割绿色拆除技术

摘　　要：在借鉴绿色拆除理念和已有技术的优点并克服其缺点的基础上,通过布置腰管、穿绳管、套管、吊装管等4种预埋管,并使用绳锯切割桩头混凝土,发明了一种新的钢筋混凝土灌注桩桩头预埋管和绳锯切割绿色拆除技术。通过试验,验证了该技术具有切割精度高、切口平整、人工修平和凿毛工作量少、劳动强度低、粉尘噪声污染小、操作对桩身混凝土和钢筋都无损伤等优势。该技术具有广泛推广应用的前景。On the basis of the green demolition concept and the advantages of existing technologies and overcoming their shortcomings,a new green demolition technology of embedded pipe and wire saw cutting of pile head concrete of reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile is invented by setting four types of embedded pipes such as waist pipe,wire threading pipe,casing pipe and hoisting pipe,and using wire saw to cut pile head concrete.Through experiments,it is verified that the technology has the advantages of high cutting precision,smooth incision,less manual finishing and roughening workload,low labor intensity,less dust and noise pollution,and no damage to pile concrete and reinforcement.This technology has the prospect of wide popularization and application.
