摘  要:为解决核心筒偏置超高层建筑建造过程中因施工难度大、技术要求高,导致施工安全风险及事故发生频率高的问题,结合案例工程中超高层项目核心筒偏置结构特点,从特殊区域临边防护及操作平台搭设、大型设备安拆运行、模架体系防护、特殊区域幕墙吊装、立体交叉作业等5个方面入手,总结归纳了该类型建筑施工过程中存在的安全管控难点,并采取针对性的安全技术措施,最终实现了项目安全、快速建造,为今后类似核心筒偏置超高层建筑施工安全管理提供了解决方案。In order to overcome the problems of high construction safety risk and high accident frequency caused by difficult construction and high technical requirements in the construction of super high-rise building with core tube offset,combined with the characteristics of core tube offset structure of super high-rise project in the example project,this paper starts from five aspects:edge protection and operation platform erection in special areas,installation and disassembly operation of large equipment,formwork system protection,curtain wall hoisting in special areas,and grade separation operation.This paper summarizes the safety control difficulties existing in the construction of this type of building,and takes targeted safety technical measures to finally realize the safe and rapid construction of the project,which provides a solution for the construction safety management of similar super high-rise buildings in the future.
