摘  要:赵楼煤矿5309轨顺掘进工作面,巷道沿空掘进,针对顶帮部淋涌水造成巷道温度较高、作业环境差、职工工作效率低下、严重影响掘进进尺效率的问题,通过采取排水硐室集中排水降温、更换大功率局部通风机降温、制冷管路延接多台空冷器循环设置降温等方式方法,研究提出了新式制冷方案并进行了应用,改善了现场作业环境,职工工作效率提高,进尺速度提升。In the 5309 rail heading face of Zhaolou Coal Mine,the roadway is driven along the goaf,aiming at the problems of high roadway temperature,poor working environment and low working efficiency caused by water gushing from the top part,which seriously affects the efficiency of tunneling footage,by adopting the cooling methods such as centralized drainage in drainage chamber,replacement of high-power local ventilator,extension of refrigeration pipeline and cycle setting of multiple air coolers and so on,a new refrigeration scheme is put forward and applied,which improves the on-site working environment,the working efficiency of the workers and the footage speed.
