高转速跨输送带螺旋钻机的设计及应用研究

摘　　要：针对山西天地王坡煤业以往在松软突出煤层钻进时采用大扭矩低转速钻机,存在排粉效果差、事故处理能力低等问题,设计了ZDY15000型跨输送带螺旋钻机。工业性试验结果表明:该钻机结构设计合理、液压系统先进、钻进效率和钻孔成孔深度高,在松软突出煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔施工中的效果显著。In view of the fact that Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Industry used high torque and low speed drilling rig in soft outburst coal seam in the past,there are some problems,such as poor powder discharge effect,low accident handling capacity and so on,ZDY15000 cross conveyor belt screw drilling rig was designed.The industrial test results show that the drilling rig has reasonable structural design,advanced hydraulic system,high drilling efficiency and drilling depth,and has remarkable effect in gas drainage drilling construction in soft outburst coal seam.
