摘 要:以李雅庄煤矿2-603运输巷为案例,对该巷道掘进前期探放水施工工艺及问题进行了分析,提出了改用定向钻探技术对巷道进行水害防治的措施。结果表明:改用定向钻探技术有效减少了巷道水害防治工程中钻孔施工数量与施工长度,降低了施工周期,探放水效率提高至98%以上,同时有效提高了巷道掘进效率,为企业创造了较好的安全经济效益。Taking the 2-603 transportation roadway in Liyazhuang Coal Mine as a case,this paper analyzes the construction technology and problems of water detection and water release in the early stage of the roadway excavation,and puts forward the application research of using directional drilling technology to prevent and control water disaster in the roadway.The results show that the directional drilling technology can effectively reduce the construction number and construction length of drilling holes in the roadway water disaster prevention and control project,reduce the construction cycle,increase the water detection and water release efficiency to more than 98%.At the same time,it effectively improves the roadway driving efficiency and creates better safety and economic benefits for enterprises.
