摘 要:分析了该项目实现近零能耗的设计难点,介绍了为实现近零能耗,建筑和暖通空调系统所应用的节能技术。模拟计算了该项目的全年运行能耗及节能率,结果显示,与基准建筑相比,全年供暖能耗降低51%,空调能耗降低26.4%,建筑本体节能率为35.6%。The design difficulties of realizing near-zero energy consumption in this project are analysed, and the energy-saving technologies applied to the building and the HVAC system to achieve near-zero energy consumption are presented. The annual operating energy consumption and energy-saving rate of the project are simulated and calculated. The results show that compared with the standard building, the annual heating energy consumption is reduced by 51%, the air conditioning energy consumption is reduced by 26.4%, and the building energy-saving rate is 35.6%.
