摘　　要：[目的]揭示在生态产业化与产业生态化理念下,如何进一步推进乡村振兴。[方法]文章基于产业生态学、生态经济学等理论,及我国乡村振兴、生态产业化与产业生态化相关政策体系,对目前我国的农业生态产业发展进行分析,并提出发展建议。[结果]基于生态产业化与产业生态化理念的乡村绿色转型发展正在逐步实践完善,各地正在转变农业生产方式、发展农业循环经济、挖掘自然资源优势、发展地区特色产业等等。在发展过程中,也出现了制度机制不完善、特色产业同质化严重、生态产品技术体系不健全、人才建设滞后等一系列问题,表明在乡村“+生态”和“生态+”的业态存在很大的发展空间。[结论]为推进产业生态化和生态产业化理念下的乡村振兴进程,需要进一步完善机制保障和政策支持、优化整体特色产业链、建立健全相关生态产品技术体系、重视乡村人才队伍建设和居民素质提升。This article reveals how to further promote rural revitalization under the concept of ecological industrialization and industrial ecologicalization.Based on the theory of industrial ecology,ecological economics,etc.,and the rural revitalization,ecological industrialization and industrial ecologicalization policy system of China,it analyzed the current development of agro-ecological industry and put forward development suggestions in China.it was found that the rural green transformation development based on the concept of ecological industrialization and industrial ecologicalization was gradually being implemented and perfected.Localities were transforming agricultural production methods,developing agricultural circular economy,tapping the advantages of natural resources,developing regional characteristic industries,and so on.However,in the process of development,a series of problems had been exposed,such as imperfect system and mechanism,serious homogeneity of characteristic industries,imperfect ecological product technology system,and lagging talent construction.There was a lot of room for development in the"+ecology"and"ecology+"rural development formats.So,in order to promote the development of rural revitalization under the concept of industrial ecologicalization and ecological industrialization,it is necessary to further improve mechanism guarantees and policy support,optimize the overall characteristic industrial chain,establish and improve relevant ecological product technology systems,and attach importance to the construction of rural talent teams and the improvement of residents’quality.
