摘  要:采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和热膨胀仪相结合的方式研究了铌对65SiCrV6弹簧钢锻态组织和连续加热奥氏体(A)转变动力学特征的影响。结果表明,质量分数为0.017%铌元素的加入(65SiCrV6Nb)没有改变锻态65SiCrV6弹簧钢所具有的主要由珠光体(P)和少量铁素体(F)所构成组织特征,但却提高了该弹簧钢中P的相对含量,降低了F的相对含量并使P和F组织细化。65SiCrV6和65SiCrV6Nb弹簧钢的连续加热A转变开始温度A;和转变结束温度A;与连续加热速度均具有指数关系,铌元素的加入显著提高了65SiCrV6弹簧钢的A;温度,但对A;温度的影响则很小。65SiCrV6和65SiCrV6Nb弹簧钢的连续加热奥氏体动力学均可分为P+F区,P+A+F区和A区等3个区,铌元素的加入扩大了P+A+F转变区。The effects of niobium on the as-forged microstructure of 65 SiCrV6 spring steel and its austenite(A)transformation kinetic characteristics during continuous heating were investigated by a combination of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and thermal dilatometer.The results showed that the addition of niobium(65 SiCrV6 Nb)with a mass fraction of 0.017%did not change the microstructure characteristics of the as-forged 65 SiCrV6 spring steel,which was mainly composed of pearlite(P)and a small amount of ferrite(F).The relative content of P in the 65 SiCrV6 Nb steel was higher than that in the 65 SiCrV6 steel,and that of F in the 65 SiCrV6 Nb steel was lower than that in the 65 SiCrV6 steel.The microstructure of P and F of the 65 SiCrV6 steel was refined due to the addition of the niobium element.The relationships between the starting temperature A;and finishing temperature A;of 65 SiCrV6 and 65 SiCrV6 Nb spring steels during continuous heating with the continuous heating rate were exponential.The addition of the niobium element significantly increased the A;temperature of 65 SiCrV6 spring steel,but its effect on A;temperature was small.The austenite transformation kinetics of 65 SiCrV6 and 65 SiCrV6 Nb spring steels during continuous heating could be divided into three zones:P+F zone,P+A+F zone,and A zone.The addition of the niobium element enlarged the P+A+F transformation zone.
