摘  要:采用低压熔铸法制备了氧化锆增强熔融硅陶瓷。研究了氧化锆的加入对熔融硅陶瓷的微观结构、抗热震性、机械强度、室温和高温介电性能的影响。实验结果表明,熔融硅陶瓷的热震次数随着氧化锆添加量的增加显著提高后再减少,当氧化锆添加量为15%(质量分数)时,熔融硅陶瓷的热震次数达到30次,比不含氧化锆的熔融硅陶瓷提高了20次。机械强度高度依赖于陶瓷的微观结构,氧化锆的加入显著提高了熔融硅陶瓷的机械强度。15%(质量分数)氧化锆增强石英陶瓷的弯曲强度和断裂韧性分别达到114 MPa和2.1 MPa·m^(-2),比纯熔融硅分别提高了74%和48%。随着氧化锆含量的增加,熔融硅陶瓷产品的室温介电常数略有升高。但随着氧化锆含量的增加,介电损耗降低。更重要的是,氧化锆对熔融硅陶瓷产品优异的高温介电性能影响不大。Zirconia reinforced quartz ceramics were prepared by low pressure casting.The effects of the addition of zirconia on the microstructure,thermal shock resistance,mechanical strength and dielectric properties of fused quartz ceramics at room and high temperatures were studied.The experimental results show that the number of thermal shock of fused quartz ceramics increases significantly and then decreases with the increase of the addition amount of zirconia.When the addition amount of zirconia is 15 wt.%,the number of thermal shock of fused quartz ceramics reaches 30 times,which is 20 times higher than that of fused quartz ceramics without zirconia.The mechanical strength is highly dependent on the microstructure of the ceramics.The addition of zirconia significantly improves the mechanical strength of the fused quartz ceramics.The bending strength and fracture toughness of 15 wt.%zirconia reinforced quartz ceramics are up to 114 MPa and 2.1 MPa·m^(-2),respectively,which are 74%and 48%higher than those of pure fused silicon.With the increase of zirconia content,the permittivity of molten silicon ceramics at room temperature increases slightly.However,with the increase of zirconia content,the dielectric loss decreases.More importantly,zirconia has little effect on the excellent high temperature dielectric properties of fused quartz ceramics.
