摘  要:铁基纳米晶软磁材料具有优异的软磁性能,被广泛应用于电力电子等领域。运用专利分析方法对全球铁基纳米晶软磁材料技术领域发展态势进行分析,从技术发展现状和趋势、区域竞争格局、优势企业/研究机构等层面开展专利分析研究,明确国内外铁基纳米晶软磁材料技术发展态势,为中国铁基纳米晶软磁材料生产企业产品研发、专利战略布局提供技术参考,为中国更好更快发展铁基非晶纳米晶软磁材料产业提供支撑。研究结果表明:铁基纳米晶软磁材料技术正处于高速发展期。日本申请人在该领域构筑了较高的专利壁垒,且持续有专利申请。中国近年来在该领域的研发热情高涨,积累了一定的技术实力,但不具领先优势。该领域内领军企业及机构均围绕合金配方、合金生产及制粉工艺为主要方向进行布局。Fe-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic Alloys have excellent soft magnetic properties and are widely used in power electronics and other fields.In this article,based on the patent analysis method,the development status of Fe-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic Alloys is investigated from several aspects,including development trend,manufacturing technique,regional distribution,patent quality,patent applicants,to provide intelligence support for further development of Fe-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic Alloys industry and technologies by related government,companies and research institutes.The results show that Fe-based nanocrystalline Alloys are in the period of rapid development.Patent applicants from Japanese have built high patent barriers in this field.In recent years,China has great R&D enthusiasm in this field and has accumulated a certain technical strength,but it does not have a leading advantage.The leading enterprises and institutions in this field all focus on alloy formulation,alloy production and powder manufacturing process.
