摘 要:以1073 K煅烧后的氧化钐为原料,金属镧为还原剂,采用氧化物直接还原蒸馏法,研究了还原蒸馏温度对金属钐收得率的影响,分析了还原渣上部,中部,下部料块的氧化钐含量,找出上部,中部,下部还原渣料块金属钐收得率的规律,并以此对装料改进。结果表明:在氧化钐与金属镧摩尔比1∶2、系统压力小于3 Pa、还原温度1673 K、时间7 h时,金属钐收得率达到93.3%,高于1673 K金属钐收得率基本不变。上部还原渣氧化钐含量最低,中部下部氧化钐含量增高,金属钐收得率从上部到下部依次下降,金属钐收得率上部料块最高达到97.6%。With samarium oxide calcined at 1073 K as raw material and lanthanum as reducing agent,the effect of reduction distillation temperature on the yield of samarium metal was studied by oxide direct reduction distillation method.The content of samarium oxide in the upper,middle and lower blocks of reduced slag was analyzed,and the law of the yield of samarium metal in the upper,middle and lower blocks of reduced slag was found out,which was used to improve the charging.The results showed that the yield of samarium metal reached 93.3%when the molar ratio of samarium oxide to lanthanum metal was 1∶2,the system pressure was less than 3 Pa,the reduction temperature was 1673 K,and the yield of samarium metal was basically unchanged when it was higher than 1673 K.The content of samarium oxide in the upper reduction slag is the lowest,while the content of samarium oxide increases in the middle and lower part,and the yield of samarium metal decreases from the upper part to the lower part in turn,and the yield of samarium metal in the upper block is up to 97.6%.
