摘 要:试料经盐酸溶解,用过氧化氢氧化二价铁,在pH1.5~2.0条件下用草酸沉淀稀土分离铁、钴、铜、铝、硼等杂质元素,乙醇分散剂促进晶体成型,沉淀经陈化、过滤、灰化、高温灼烧后生成稀土氧化物,称量测定稀土总量。考察了溶样条件、过氧化氢加入量、草酸加入量、沉化条件及保温和放置时间、干扰元素等条件对测定结果的影响。精密度试验的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.33%~0.64%(n=11),与行业标准XB/T 617.1-2014进行结果比对,吻合性良好。方法用于永磁电机用钕铁硼中稀土总量的测定,精密度好稳定性高。The sample was dissolved in hydrochloric acid,divalent iron was oxidized with hydrogen peroxide,and impurity elements such as iron,cobalt,copper,aluminum and boron were separated by precipitation of rare earth elements with oxalic acid under the condition of pH1.5~2.0.Ethanol dispersant was used to promote crystal forming.The precipitation was aged,filtered,ashified and burned at high temperature to generate rare earth oxides,and the total amount of rare earth was measured by weighing.The effects of sample dissolution conditions,addition of hydrogen peroxide,oxalic acid,precipitation conditions,holding time,interference elements and other conditions on the determination results were investigated.The precision test showed that the relative standard deviations(RSD)of the results were 0.33%~0.64%(n=11),which were in good agreement with the industrial standard XB/T 617.1-2014.The method is used to determine the total amount of rare earth in Ndfeb for permanent magnet motor.
