摘　　要：GIAHS诞生和成长于人类农业文明社会的历史土壤之中,是农业文明的智慧精髓,为全人类共同所有。在世界农业生态危机愈加深重、全球外部风险挑战日益增多的背景下,应对“前所未有之大变局”,仅仅依靠单一文明体内部自发抵御工具理性对农业文化遗产系统所造成的非可逆侵袭是远远不够的,而应破除“疆界”,推动农业文化遗产要素良性互动及保护和发展经验互鉴。这一设想的实现有赖于在GIAHS领域开展农业文明互鉴,基于遗产系统要素差异和人类生存与发展的共同需要所构成的实践逻辑、外部全球性风险与遗产系统内部危机所构成的现实逻辑二者的有机统一则构成这一行为产生的背后动因。落实到具体实践,推动GIAHS农业文明互鉴,需秉持文化融合理念,提升跨区域合作机制水平,重视传承东方农耕智慧,并积极探索以现代科技解释传统农业的“自然解决方案”。The GIAHS(Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems)originated and developed from the soil of the history of agricultural civilization for human society,and they reflected the essence of wisdom in the agricultural civilization,which was shared by all mankind.In the context of a deepening agro-ecological crisis,as well as rising external risks and challenges around the world,relying solely on the spontaneous resistance within a single civilization state to combat irreversible attacks of instrumental rationality on agricultural heritage systems will not suffice to address“profound changes of a scale unseen in decades.”Instead,“boundaries”should be transcended to encourage beneficial interactions among elements of agricultural heritage systems and to support mutual learning among those with experience in the conservation and development of agricultural heritage systems.The achievement of the idea is contingent on mutual learning among agricultural civilizations in the field of the GIAHS.For example,the logic of practice is constituted by the differences in the elements of heritage systems and the common needs of human survival and development;the logic of reality,on the other hand,consists of global risks on the external front as well as internal crises of agricultural heritage systems,which together form the motivation for the behavior.To put mutual learning among the GIAHS agricultural civilizations into practice,it is necessary to uphold the concept of cultural integration,improve the level of trans-regional cooperation mechanisms,attach great importance to the inheritance of the wisdom of oriental farming,and actively explore natural solutions to traditional agriculture using modern science and technology.
