质量动态能力与制造业企业转型升级效率——基于转型升级方式组合视角

摘　　要：以2017-2020年北京市188家制造型企业调查数据为样本,运用三阶段DEA模型探究转型升级效率,基于熵值法对质量动态能力赋权,利用Tobit方法研究不同转型升级方式组合视角下,四维质量动态能力对转型升级效率的影响。结果表明:(1)转型升级效率受规模效率、利好外因显著影响;(2)随着转型升级方式组合增多,质量动态能力对转型升级综合效率正向推动愈加明显;(3)四维质量动态能力对转型升级综合效率作用均为正相关,但影响程度与方式组合关系各异。最后提出建议:合理优化规模效率,利用外部环境因素,加快技术优势转化;优化质量资源配置、提升整合能力,融合多元转型升级方式,增进质量动态能力正向影响作用。Taking the survey data of 188 manufacturing enterprises in Beijing from 2017 to 2020 as a sample,this paper uses the three-stage DEA model to explore the efficiency of transformation and upgrading,weights the quality dynamic capability based on the entropy method,and uses the Tobit method to study the influence of the four-dimensional quality dynamic capability on the efficiency of transformation and upgrading under the combination perspective of different transformation and upgrading methods.The result shows that,firstly,the efficiency of transformation and upgrading is significantly affected by scale efficiency and favorable external factors.Secondly,as the combination of transformation and upgrading methods increases,quality dynamic capabilities positively promote the overall efficiency of transformation and upgrading the more obvious.Thirdly,the effects of four-dimensional quality dynamic capability on the overall efficiency of transformation and upgrading are all positively correlated,but the degree of influence and the relationship between the combination of methods are different.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions:rationally optimize scale and efficiency,use external environmental factors to accelerate the transformation of technological advantages;optimize the allocation of quality resources,improve integration capabilities,integrate multiple transformation and upgrade methods,and enhance the positive impact of quality dynamic capabilities.
